1.81 miles in 20:11. Ok run. Mostly uphill on the way out and mostly downhill on the way back. Breeze was blowing from the east, so on the way back I had the sun in my face and wind to my back – it was hot. Good long strides on last block.

3.41 miles in 40:26. This was a pretty good run, especially for just my fourth day of running. It was only 75 degrees but felt hotter. I actually enjoyed this run, but had to stop a couple times for about 30 seconds when running uphill on Bowen. Sweated a lot.
